BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please Read The following Carefully.

l. The signatory of the booking form will assume responsibility for the other members of
the party and therefore will accept these conditions on their behalf.
2. As a condition of booking all clients must be covered by an adequate insurance policy -  travel and medical. This must be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Your holiday is only confirmed when we have received the booking form and deposit
4. A deposit of €100 per person is required at the time of booking

Payment of the balance is due four weeks before your departure date .
Failure to meet this deadline will be regarded as cancellation.

5. Cancellation by Auvergneactive. If, through circumstances beyond our control Auvergneactive is forced to cancel your booking, all monies paid will be returned in full.

6. Amendments by Auvergneactive. We will do our very best to deliver the holiday which we are contracted to provide you. As many holidays are booked far in advance we reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to amend elements of your holiday. Any changes will be communicated with you as soon as is possible.

7. With the exception of cancellation by Auvergneactive, all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

8. Cancellation by you. You or any member in your party may cancel your holiday at any time after booking providing that the cancellation is made in writing by the person deemed responsible for the group (having signed the booking form). Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date of receipt of the written (post or e mail) cancellation. Cancellation charges will be made as follows:

We reserve the right to re-sell any part of a cancelled holiday without affecting our rights to levy the cancellation fees.

7. Normal good health is essential to the enjoyment of a walking holiday. If you suffer from any recurrent condition such as Epilepsy, we can only accept your booking if accompanied by an up to date doctors certificate agreeing to your undertaking the holiday (the dates and type of holiday must be outlined in the doctors letter).
